Author Responsibilities
Authors must certify that their manuscripts are their original work.
Authors must certify that the manuscript has not previously been published elsewhere.
Authors must certify that the manuscript is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere.
Authors must notify us of any conflicts of interest.
Authors must identify all sources used in the creation of their manuscript.
Authors must report any errors they discover in their manuscript.

With submitting full paper author also automatically register for the conference and confirms that he/she will present paper on the conference.

For invoice issues purposes according to Slovene VAT tax law section 81., 82. we need following data about the registration fee payer.

Conference registration data & registration fee

The conference registration fee includes entrance to all conference sessions and social events, one copy of conference materials and coffee breaks.

The prices do not include the 22% VAT.

The early bird fee applies only if registration is done before or on 4th March 2026.

The conference fee does not include transportation costs, hotel accommodation or bank transfer charges.

** Student registration fee is valid for students of regular study programs, doctoral students and for part time students who are not employed.
*** The spouse fee is valid to attend all sonference sessions and evening social events (lunch and materials are not included in the price). The spouse fee is NOT valid for individuals participant which have to pay the full fee.

Cancellation conditions: For cancellations after 17th February 2026 we will charge you 30% of the registration fee. For cancellations after 3rd March 2026, we will charge 50% of the registration fee, and after 10th March 2026, we will charge the entire registration fee.
